Ticketmaster is the global leader in ticket sales. But their Official Marketplace messaging falls on deaf ears because consumers don’t understand the benefits of what being official offers.

Officially Official is the Ticketmaster campaign that is both awareness and educational. Outward facing it aims to own the word ‘Official’ — branding any sports moment as an ‘Official’ Ticketmaster sports moment. The second portion of this campaign focuses on why that Official Ticketmaster stamp is beneficial to the consumer. It was supplemented by an educational emails, display banners, and in-app opportunities that act as a solid fact-based platform that grounded the campaign across all consumer touch-points.
